ABOUT THE BUSINESS
BMF offers a private training environment with one-on-one guidance intended to supplement your current fitness regimen or be your sole training provider. Our robust pricing options allow you to customize a plan that fits any budget.

Background: 
Veteran-owned and operated, our approach is somewhat militaristic; direct, blunt, and result-driven. Our workout methodology is function-based, dual parts strength and endurance. After all, what good are muscles if they are a hindrance to movement?

TRAINER 1
Kyle Buckmaster:
Owner & Trainer
Former U.S. Marine, combat veteran, owner of Glory Paintball and BMF, Kyle has been active in sports and physical training all his life. He  received his Personal Training certification at the age of 21 through San Diego State University with a partial degree in kinesiology, while still on active duty. Since being honorably discharged from the Corps in 2009, Kyle returned home and started Glory Paintball LLC in 2010 and has continued his education in physical fitness.

TRAINER 2
Mitchell Buckmaster:
Head Trainer
Current U.S. Navy enlisted, Mitchell has a degree from Oklahoma State University in Health Education and Promotion, is a NASM certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, a certified massage therapist and is currently working on his precision nutrition certification.

Mitchell's Philosophy: 
"Physiques are like any other man-made object, their beauty is defined solely by how much time and effort were put into them."

Session Length: 60 minutes

Session Price: $55

SCHEDULING
Booking a session is easy. 
Use the calendar below to choose your date and time. Sessions must be booked a minimum of 24 hours prior. 

Last minute sessions: 
+$10 added to session price

If you need a good thrashing on short notice (within 24 hours) you may call 713-826-9570 to see if a trainer is available.

Choosing a Session Plan: 
When you book a session on the reservation page, you'll choose from a list of preset workouts that you want to do (e.g legs, chest, back, cardio, etc.). If you want to work something different or have a specific goal that we don't offer, just give us a call and we will create a unique plan for you.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to session start time for a full refund. 

50% refunds for cancellations shorter than 24 hours prior to session start time.
