Follow this idiot-proof guide to understand how basic reservation/deposit systems work!

HOW DEPOSITS WORK
THIS SHOULD BE SELF EXPLANATORY
Due to the number of smooth brainers that think a deposit is the same as a gift card, we thought it necessary to explain the difference.
WHEN YOU MAKE A RESERVATION
You are reserving a number of the FINITE amount of guns and masks that we have. This prohibits others from reserving that same gear.
WHEN YOU CANCEL LAST MINUTE
We are stuck with unused equipment and no time for others to make a reservation. Private parties aren't generally planned 3 days before the event.
​COMPENSATION
We keep the deposit for your cancelled tickets. That's still only HALF of what we'd normally make, but it helps mitigate the loss.
IT ISN'T A CREDIT
The deposit is NOT a credit that you can simply put towards other items or keep in reserve. If you cancel last minute, it's gone. Poof. Ceases to exist. DO NOT OVERBOOK!
MAKE A RESERVATION
3 PAYMENT SYSTEM
We use a 3 payment system to make a party reservation. See details of each payment below.
PAYMENT 1
You'll be taken to Peek, the company we use for online bookings. You'll pay a deposit equal to half of your total, plus a small fee to Peek. Sales Tax is NOT collected.
PAYMENT 2
On the morning of your event, when we open, you'll be charged the second half of the total through Peek. Sales Tax is still NOT collected.
PAYMENT 3
When you arrive at the facility you will still owe the remaining Sales Tax for your event. This will be paid at the register at check out.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
OBVIOUSLY, or at least it should be obvious, if you add additional players, items, or break/lose the rental gear, you will have ADDITIONAL charges added to your bill.
REFEREE TIPS
All of our referees are unpaid volunteers, so please consider leaving them a tip.
CANCELLATION POLICY
MORE THAN 72 HOURS OUT
If you cancel or reduce your reservation more than 72 hours out from your event start time, you will receive a full refund for the cancellations.
LESS THAN 72 HOURS OUT
Past the 72 hour deadline, there are no deposit refunds for canceled reservations. The deposit for the individual tickets you are cancelling will be forfeited. However you will NOT be charged the the other half of those cancelled reservations.
DAY OF
There are no refunds of any kind if you have no-shows on the day of your event. You will be charged the full amount for all the reservations that you made.
EMERGENCY RAINCHECK
If for some reason you can't make your reservation, we do allow ONE (1) emergency raincheck per group if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the event. You will still be charged the remaining balance for the party but will be allowed to reschedule.
